Jean Pabiot et Fills
Based in Les Loges, near the village of Puoilly-sure-Loire, Domaine Jean Pabiot, has been producing wines for 6 generations. Now in partnership with his son Alain, Jean Pabiot has found a new drive and direction to his winemaking. Alain's Pouilly-Fumé is an excellent example of the style and traditional of the appellation. Exceptionally bold and elegant wines, with hints of smokey richness and added complexity from ageing on its 'lees' for over eight months.
