Domaine Font de Michelle
Jean and Michel Gonnet's Domaine Font de Michelle is a wine steeped in tradition, dating back to Roman times. Of the 1,000 hectolitres of wine produced, the red is a complex marriage of Grenache Noir, adding strength and character, Syrah and Mourvèdre giving colour and bouquet, and Cinsault contributing delicacy and elegance. Produced in small quantities, the Domaine Font de Michelle Blanc is perhaps it's greatest wine. The Grenache Blanc gives body, while the Clairette gives perfume and structure, and the Bourboulenc adds bouquet and distinction.
