Domaine du Vieux Telegraphe
Unfortunately due to the increased demand for Vieux Telegraphe from USA and Asia, many UK merchants are finding their allocations slashed by up to 80%, and we have already sold our allocation for the next 2 years. However, there is hope on the horizon. Daniel Brunier has produced Vieux Mas de Pape, by using the younger vines that will eventually produce Vieux Telegraphe. The results are better than even he could have expected. The wine is a violet colour with aromas of peppery black fruit and tar. The palate is fantastically balanced with smoky, black berry fruit and deep liquorice finish.
