Chateau Tour Haut Caussan
The family Courrian have been in the Medoc since 1613. Philippe Courrian is the present manager of the estate. No chemical treatment in the vineyard, the grapes are picked by hand with careful selection of the bunches. 100% de-stemming with a long maceration. Maturation in oak barrels (1/3 New) for 12 months. No filtration but 10 rackings before bottling.
