Château Moulin de Pez

Château Moulin de Pez is a 21 hectare vineyard owned by Christian Ollier, right in heart of the St-Estèphe commune in the Lieu-dit Leyssac. The Garonne gravel and clayey-limestone soil produces a wine that is clear, delicate, and of a stunning finesse. The wine is finished in 25% new barrels, 50% 1 year old barrels and 25% cement vats, which add further depth to this wonderful wine.
