Chateau Gasquerie
Next to Saint-Emilion, Cote de Castillon appellation produces wines that are often similar to those of its prestigious neighbour. Robust, full-bodied and racy, they have a beautiful ruby colour this is modern Bordeaux winemaking at its best.
Located about 9km from Saint-Emilion, on the top of the Gazeau "lieu-dit", the property covers 12 ha, 9 ha of which are planted with vines. Alain LAUBIE, joint owner and manager, runs the family vineyard and produce some lovely clarets which are very competitively priced.
