Wine Producer - François Bonhomme

This 15 hectare domaine is owned by François Bonhomme and is planted solely with the 'Melon' grape, or more familiarly, Muscadet. 'Fief de la Brie' is from a single vineyard, vinified "sur lie" (on the lees) in contact with the yeasty residue left after the fermentation process. This imparts complex, creamy flavours to the wine.
