| Domaine Brocard, Chablis Trained as an engineer, Jean-Marc Brocard came to winemaking through an inheritance of 2 hectares of vines. In less than 30 years he has acquired more than 95 hectares and is among the top four largest single domaines in the Chablis appellation. The Chablis Boissonneuse, exclusive to Balls Brothers, is a complex and vibrant wine from the vineyards of Préhy near the town of Chablis. The Chablis 1er Cru Montmains shows pure lemony, mineral fruit balanced by full bodied richness, overlaid with delicate honeyed notes. |  |
