The Alsace

Alsace must be the most under-appreciated of all the world's great wine regions. This is difficult to understand when you taste the top wines from the area.

The best Alsace producers have been using the most natural agricultural practices for many years before the current fashion for organic produce, and the wines have a fine balance that gives them great appeal either with or without food.

The aromatic flavours go particularly well with spicy food. All come with our highest recommendation.
