| Description | Now producing wine from land formerly leased to Domaine Sauzet, Jean-Marc Boillot has become a superstar of Puligny-Montrachet. Having worked at Domaine Henri Boillot and negocient Oliver Laflaive Jean Marc set up on his own in the late 1980s. Using only organic fertilizers and biological insecticides his wines are extremely pure, complex and rich. Puligny-Montrachet is full of rich tropical fruit, soft, ripe, and pure, with floral overtones on the nose, whilst the palate displays low acid, fleshy tropical fruit and a racy finish. | |
